History In the Making - Flight of the First Production VLJWestlake Village, CA - July 24, 2006 –
Jet-Alliance is pleased to report that yesterday, Eclipse Aviation,
manufacturer of the revolutionary Eclipse 500 very light jet (VLJ),
announced the maiden flight of its first customer aircraft. An
eager crowd of Eclipse employees gathered to witness the successful
flight of the first Eclipse 500 production aircraft with John Keiser
as Pilot in Command. The jet flew for 1.5 hours while reaching
Mach 0.62 and climbing to its maximum altitude of 41,000 feet.
All systems were operated multiple times without any flaws.

Four Eclipse Jet Aircraft Now FlyingAffordable Jet Ownership - Drawing Ever Closer
July 11, 2005 - Westlake Village, CA. Jet-Alliance announced today
that there are now four Eclipse aircraft flying, with 150 hours
accumulated on the test fleet. An additional aircraft is scheduled
to join the fleet soon. "We are pleased with the progress of Eclipse
Aviation and their on-time schedule of development" said Randall
Sanada, President of Jet-Alliance. "It's exciting to realize that
first commercial deliveries are on schedule for this coming March."

Pratt & Whitney Canada Engine to Power Eclipse 500 Achieves First Run MilestoneMay 5, 2004 - Longueuil, Quebec. Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. (P&WC) has successfully completed the first run of its new PW610F turbine engine selected by Eclipse Aviation Corporation to power the twin-engine Eclipse 500 Very Light Jet (VLJ). The PW610F engine, the smallest member of P&WC's newest engine family, the PW600, achieved its rated takeoff thrust of 900 pounds after only five hours during the test run, which took place May 4, 2004.
